      Description

      UGENE-4197 was fixed, so in the current UGENE version if an input multi-FASTA contains empty sequences, they are just skipped and errors are written to the log.

      A user don't know about the log.

      A warning notification (see UGENE-3273) should be shown to the user. A detailed report should contain:

      • The number of loaded sequences
      • The number of skipped sequences
      • The reason why the sequences were skipped
      • The list of the skipped sequences names
