      Description

      A long message, for example, can be generated in case of UGENE-4266, when there are a lot of empty input sequences.

      Visualization of long messages on the "Problems widget" on a dashboard must be tuned. A short truncated message should be shown by default, but it should be possible to view the detailed message as well.
