      Description

      See UGENE-3838. UGENE crashes when running tools for big sequences.
      The issue is specific for 32-bit OSs.

      Determine the length of the sequence which does not lead to a crash on different OSs.

      Disable the algorithms for 32-bit OSs when the length is greater than the determined value. Show a warning notification to the user. Describe the reasons of the problem.
      If the user has 64-bit OS, but uses 32-bit UGENE, recommend him to use the 64-bit version of UGENE.
