Disable sequence name field when document is created from FASTA

      Description

      In UGENE-1564 it became possible to input a created sequence or sequences in FASTA format.

      On the other hand there is "Sequence name" field in the "Create Document" dialog that doesn't take into account the name of the sequence, when it was input in the FASTA format.

      It may be required to disable the field when FASTA format is used and show there the sequence name(s) from the input data instead.
