      Description

      There is UGENE-4577 issue, created in bounds of the "Simplification of SV configuration" task. The issue describes how to divide the sequence view global toolbar.

      It is required to analyze other UGENE views and propose the way which buttons to add to the toolbars and how to divide them:

      • Phylogenetic Tree View
