Global toolbar in the sequence view

The following modifications are required:

1. Divide the global toolbar of a sequence view window into toolbars:

• Standard
• Views visibility
• Navigation
• Clipboard
• Annotating

2. The "Standard" toolbar should contain buttons:

• New project
• Open
• Save all

3. The "Views visibility" toolbar should contain buttons:

• Sequence overview
• Zoom view
• Details view
• Circular view
• Chromatogram view
• 3D structure view
• Separator
• Complement strand
• Translation frames

The icons should be the same as in UGENE-4576.

4. The "Navigation" toolbar should contain:

• "Go to position" edit box and button
• "Lock scales" and "Adjust scales" buttons

5. The "Clipboard" toolbar should contain the six "copy" button.

6. The "Annotating" toolbar should contain:

• "New annotation" button
• Separator
• "Global automated annotation highlighting"
• Separator
• All algorithm/tools buttons
