Create icons for "Show quality bars", "Show trace" and "Add 3D view" actions

      Description

      In the chromatogram view almost all actions are located in the context menu.
      In UGENE-4575 the first two stated actions should be added to the toolbar - but this cannot be done without icons.
      Also "Add 3D view" button in the 3D Viewer does not have an icon.

      Create them.
