Critical when opening the tree builder dialog while viewing and MSA the dialog extends past the top of the display rendering some options inaccessible, including choice of tree building algorithm.
This bug persists from other views as well.
It doesn't matter if the main window is maximized or not.
Restarting UGENE did not solve the issue.
