There are errors in the log after removing rows in msa with an attached tree

      Description

      Scenario to reproduce:

      1. Open "data/samples/CLUSTALW/HIV-1.aln".
      2. Build a tree, it should be attached to the msa.
      3. Select all sequences except the first one. Remove them.
        Current state: an error appears in the log:

        [ERROR][17:05] Trying to recover from error: Argument 'height' in function 'MSAEditorTreeViewerUI::sl_onVisibleRangeChanged' less then 1 at src/ov_msa/PhyTrees/MSAEditorTreeViewer.cpp:638
