Silent sync break between ph.tree and alignment

      Description

      1. Open an alignment
      2. Contex menu on the alignment object: {Open view --> Open new view: Alignment Editor}
      3. Build the tree and open it in the same windows (the tree and the alignment are synchronized)
      4. Go to the first opened window
      5. Modify the alignment
      6. Go the the window with the tree
        Current state: the tree is disconnected because the alignment has been changed

      Consider to implement more convenient way to deal with this situation.
