      Description

      Refactor the feature "Ctrl+V in the Project View" (UGENE-4081), at least these methods:
      void ProjectViewWidget::sl_pasteFileFromClipboard();
      DocumentFormat* ProjectViewWidget::detectFormatFromAdapter(IOAdapter* io, QVariantMap &hints, bool &canceled);

      There were 6 review iterations but the code is still unreadable. It is hard to do modifications there (see UGENE-4595).
