Refactor "Amino translation" menu

The following must be done:

1. Move the "Show codon table" action from the "Amino translation" menu to the global toolbar.
   The "Show codon table" action should be located to the left from the "Toggle circular view" action.
   The icon is attached.
2. Rename the "Show amino translations" button to "Show/hide amino acid translations".
   Create a menu for this button.
3. Rename the "Amino translation" button to "Select genetic code".
4. Move the translation frames selection items to the "Show/hide amino acid translations" menu as follows:
   • Show/hide translations
   • — (separator)
   • Show direct only
   • Show complementary only
   • Show all
   • — (separator)
   • 1 direct translation frame
   • 2 direct translation frame
   • 3 direct translation frame
   • 1 complementary translation frame
   • 2 complementary translation frame
   • 3 complementary translation frame
