Move graph settings to local left toolbar

Graphs left local toolbar is currently empty. However, there are different settings, available from the context menu, that can be modified for graphs. See the screenshot.

Therefore, 4 icons for the menu items maybe created and put to the local left toolbar.

To discuss: Should all these button be present for each opened graph? If buttons must be shown for each graph separately, then it may be better to limit the number of buttons by embedding some options into the common dialog.
