"Problems" widget doesn't appear on dashboard

      Description

      This bug was discovered on Mac.
      Sometimes, the "Problems" widget doesn't appear on dashboard.
      Scenario:

      1. Create a workflow that produces error messages during its run. For example, you can use the following workflow "Read file list" -> "snpEff" with 200mb memory limit per task.
      2. Run this workflow several times.
        Actual state: the "Problems" widget have not appeared on the dashboard for some of the runs.
