      Description

      1. Launch UGENE. Make it crash.
      Expected state: crash handler appeared
      2. Click restart UGENE button;
      Expected state: UGENE was restarted
      3. Make UGENE crash again
      Expected state: crash handler appeared
      Actual: crash handler didn't appear
      There is an error in console: "ugene: line 69: 19996 Segmentation fault (core dumped) "$dirname/$appname" "${params[@]}""
