UGENE works unstable without all phylogenetics algorithms

I. No PHYLIP:

1. Remove the plugin PHYLIP and restart UGENE.
2. Open an alignment.
3. Click "Build Tree".
   => The tree dialog appears without a chosen building method. There is a safe point in log: PhyTree Generator is NULL.
4. Click "Build".
   => UGENE crashes.

II. No External Tools:

1. Remove the plugin "External tool support" and restart UGENE.
2. Open an alignment.
3. Click "Build Tree".
   => The tree dialog appears with a chosen PHYLIP method, but without settings.
4. Click "Build".
   => UGENE crashes.

The first situation is usual for Ubuntu because you can install UGENE without the package "ugene-non-free".
