      Description

      Short read aligners in WD don't use datasets.

      They get 1 input file (or 1 pair of files for paired reads) and align them to a reference. But actually an aligner can align several files of reads to a reference for 1 run (e.g. see a GUI version of aligners). So, it can produce 1 assembly file for several files with reads (a dataset).
