      Description

      Scenario to reproduce:

      1. Open "data/samples/CLUSTALW/COI.aln".
      2. Build two phylogenetic trees.
      3. Set a circular layout for the second tree.
      4. Collapse a node in the first tree.
      5. Refuse to apply modification for both trees.
        Current state: a SAFE_POINT triggers:
