Phylogenetic tree for big alignment is flattened

Scenario:

1. Open "ChikungunyaE1.fasta".
2. Build a tree for it, open it with the alignment.
   Current state: the tree is flattened.

I suppose the scroll describes the right size of the tree, but there is an empty space instead of the tree.
