Improve report about fetching from remove database

      Description

      1. Open "Fetch data from remote database" dialog
      2. Input a few invalid ID's (e.g. ID's from PDB db and leave database NCBI Genbank)
      3. Click Ok
        Current state: these is a notification about one not found ID
        Expected state: there is a list of ID's that was not found
