Add report to the "Fetch from remote database" task

After resolving UGENE-5309 it is possible to download sequences without adding them to the project. The download task completes without a report, so a user can be confused without any information about the download folder and the downloaded sequences.

Add a report for this task. It should mention the destination folder and all sequences IDs, that were supposed to be downloaded. If some sequences weren't downloaded for some reasons, they should be marked and the reasons should be written there.
