      Description

      1. Open some file (e.g. "COI.aln").
      2. Open another alignment and export the alignment object, selecting "COI.aln" as the output file.
        Current state: the dialog asks about replacing of the existing file.
      3. Select "Yes" and click "Export".
        Current state: a message box appears:

        Document with the same URL is added to the project.
        Remove it from the project first.

        Expected state: the object is exported, the file is overwritten, UGENE detects the file change and asks to reload the document.
