      Description

      Regression v43.

      1. Copy COI.aln to COI1.aln.
      2. Open COI1.aln.
      3. Click the "Save alignment as" on the toolbar. The "Save Alignment" dialog appears.
      4. Change the save path to COI1.aln.
      5. Click Export.
        Current state: one of two cases: crash or data file loss.
