PhyML branch support options are not taken into account

1. Open "COI.aln".
2. Click "Build tree".
3. Set the "PhyML Maximum Likelihood" tree building method.

There are two options on the "Branch Support" tab: "Use fast-likelihood-based method" and "Perform bootstrap". Despite the selected option, the same command is launched.
