Conversion of the Vector NTI / AlignX alignment format

See UGENE-4083 for the general description of the format support in UGENE. The remaining format conversion items, described there, should be implemented in terms of this issue.

Conversion of the files in the UGENE GUI

Implement the conversion item in the dialog, appeared on the file opening, i.e. show the data in the Alignment Editor. The alignment object in the Project View should be locked in this case. It shouldn't be possible to unlock it.

Conversion of the files in the Project View

Support conversion of the .apr files, opened in the read-only mode, in the Project View. This should be supported both for the document (the "Export Document" item in the context menu) and for the alignment object (all three items in the "Export/Import" context menu). Standard dialogs should appear in this case.

Conversion of the files in the Workflow Designer

It should be possible to read the files by the "Read Alignment" element as any other alignment.
