Error on seaching "DraRI" site in genbank file

      Description

      Reproducible on release 1.28.1 and master branch

      1. Load _common_data/genbank/HQ007052.gb
      2. Open Find Restriction Site dialog
      3. Unselect all sites and add new one "DraRI"
      4. Set region boundary: 6740 - 10
      5. Push OK
      Expected state: Execution without any errors
      Actual state:
