      Description

      1. Load _common_data/genbank/HQ007052.gb
      2. Open Find Restriction Site dialog
      3. Unselect all sites and add new one "DraRI"
      5. Push OK
      Expected state: Execution without any errors
      Actual state: Trying to recover from error: Attempting to assign annotation to an empty region! at C:\src\ugene2\src\corelibs\U2Core\src\util\U2FeatureUtils.cpp:176
