Detailed CAP3 report

At the end of the CAP3 external tool execution UGENE should pop-up an info notification. An HTML report should be opened when the notification is clicked. See similar feature for the Sanger reads mapping task.

The report details should be the following:

• Number of assembled contigs: the_contigs_num
• Reads assembled to contig 1 (reads_num):
  • the_list_of_reads_with_direction
• If there are more than one contig, the previous item with the corresponding sub-items may be present several times in the report (with the appropriate contig number). The previous item is not present, if CAP3 haven't returned any contigs.
• CAP3 execution log:
  • text_from_the*.info_file_generated_by_CAP3._
