      Description

      Workflow element "File Format Conversion" has two parameters which show format IDs instead format name to users. Change "Document format" and "Excluded formats" parameters handling in the next way:

      1. Format names should be used in widgets, where user can see it.
      2. Format IDs should be used in the inner part UGENE to work with this formats.
      3. Format IDs should be used in *.uwl files.
