From users feedback:
the HMMER3 plugins failed to recognize natives HMM file format
which is provided by PFAM databases. I found this problems come from usage
of semicolon marks ( ; ) and uncommon line identifier such as BM symbol in
the original file. This problems forced me to recompile the PFAM.hmm file
again from the seed file. However, removing all semicolons and unrecognize
line marks from the original file also works well.
