Critical In the current UGENE version reports, generated by "Classification Report" elements are put into the core workflow output folder. Additionally, folders "_1", "_2". etc. are created (rolling of an empty name).
Do the following instead:
- Create one common folder "classification_report" for all "Classification Report" elements.
- Produce the automatic report name depending on a tool that has generated the input classification, for example, "sample_Kraken_report.txt", put it into the "classification_report" folder. Roll names, if required (from different elements of the same type). Use the following names:
- Kraken
- CLARK
- DIAMOND
- Wevote
