Added tools should be included into update in online installers

When a new tool is added to one of the components (e.g. "Trimmomatic" in the "Full package additions (include some NGS tools)"), it is required to manually check the tool to install it, even if the parent component has been checked during the previous installation. I.e. it is required to:

• Select "Update components" and proceed with the installation.
• Restart the online installer, select "Add or remove components", manually add the new tool, proceed.

New tools should be included into the updates list, if their parent item is checked. I suppose, this may be done if a dependency is added in this case between a child component and a parent component.
