CLARK, Kraken, DIAMOND and WEVOTE plugins are not being installed

If you install UGENE with the online installer and don't check anything from "NGS additions: metagenomics classification" component, then CLARK, Kraken, DIAMOND and WEVOTE plugins are installed. In this case, you cannot use above-mentioned software at all.
But, if you select any point form above-mentioned component (even if it is just one external tool), the online-installer will download Taxonomy data, which required about 30 GiB.
So, you can't install UGENE using the online installer with metagenomics classification plugins avoiding downloading of Taxonomy data. It's incorrect, cuz user can already has all required data on his computer. Metagenomics classification plugins should be installed in any case.
