Modify "python" external tool to include Biopython

Include "Bio" module to "python" external tool. Biopython is required to run MetaPhlAn2.

Also make sure the following python modules are present:

argparse
bz2
collections
distutils
glob
gzip
hashlib
io
itertools
numpy
os
pickle (or cPickle)
stat
StringIO
subprocess
sys
tarfile
tempfile
time
urllib
re

(hint: run "help("modules")" in python to get info about the modules).

Although, MetaPhlAn2 is supplied in UGENE on macOS and Linux 64-bit operating systems only, add Biopython to all external packages for consistency.

Also, you may update python to the recent version.
