UGENE does not load a dashboard from an html file

      Description

      Scenario:

      1. Unzip the attached workflow output files into the corresponding folder.
      2. Launch UGENE.
      3. Open the Workflow Designer.
      4. Click "Go To Dashboard" button.
        Expected result: 5 dashboard tabs with info from workflow output directory
        Current result: 5 empty dashboard tabs

      Issue is present on Windows, on Mac all works fine.
