      Description

      We have an old version of MAFFT in our packages: v7.212 (2014/11/21) on all systems. Since this version many bugs were fixed, some of these fixes are possibly have sense for UGENE. For example, the issue described in UGENE-6574 can't be reproduced with a new version of MAFFT.

      Update MAFFT for all systems to the most recent version.
