      Description

      Scenario:

      1. Open "COI.aln" sample alignment.
      2. Switch on the collapsing mode.
        Expected result: sequence "Mecopoda_elongata_Sumatra" is collapsed under "Mecopoda_elongata_IshigakiJ". Sequence "Mecopoda_sp.Malaysia" is not collapsed.
      3. Select sequence "Mecopoda_elongata_Ishigaki_J" and delete it.
        Expected result: "Mecopoda_elongata_Ishigaki_J" is deleted only.
        Current result: ""Mecopoda_elongata_IshigakiJ"" and "Mecopoda_sp.Malaysia" are deleted.
