Changing of "Directory to save color scheme" causes files deleting

Scenario:

1. Create a folder and put any file in there.
2. Open the "Alignment Color Scheme" tab of the "Application settings" dialog.
3. Set "Directory to save color scheme" to the folder you created on the step 1.
   Expected result: the file is still in the folder, the color schemes appear in the folder.
   Actual result: the file was removed, color schemes are copied to the folder.
