Exterminate parameter "Color scheme directory"

      Description

      There is no reasons to store the parameter: by default alignment color schemes are located in config path, near the .ini file.
      Lets make the interface lighter and always store the schemes near the .ini file or inside it (to select the correct way – talk to German Grekhov).
