Annotations with "join" locations, tooltips and translations

Annotations in GenBank format can have "join" locations in different order. See, for example, https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nuccore/NC_000932.

Currently UGENE does not take this into account properly. For example, "Translation" shown in a tooltip of such annotation is calculated erroneously sometimes (do not mix up with the "translation" qualifier of a CDS annotation, the "Translation" entry is shown in the Details View and Circular View).

Also, it seems export of annotation translations works wrong sometimes.
