"Search pattern" group on the "Search in Alignment" tab

      Description

      See changes in the Sequence View in UGENE-6745.

      Similar changes should be done for the Alignment Editor, besides the loading patterns from file. That is:

      1. Remove "Search for:" label.
      2. Add "Search pattern" group and add the text field inside.
      3. Please add Russian translations in advance.

      See approximate appearance of the modified widget in the attached image.
