      Description

      Scenario:

      1. Open "COI.aln".
      2. Click twice on the "Consensus:" sign above the Name List area.
      3. Select "Align" -> "Align with MUSCLE..." and click on the "Align" button.
        Expected result: the alignment process has passed successfully.
        Actual result: CRASH.
