      Description

      UGENE does not support Unicode encodings correctly and parses all text documents as 8-bit fixed width text streams which is not correct: most of the platforms use UFT-8 today.

      The task is to create a basic framework on top of the IOAdapter to support Unicode correctly and demonstrate the usage of it with ClustalW format.
