[Msa, Tree] Synchronized tree has settings available that do nothing

• Open COI.aln.
• Build Tree. The tree synchronized with the alignment will appear.

When you click on the "Tree Settings" button in the Tree View, the "Tree Settings" dialog appears and doesn't change anything in the tree.
Similarly, in the "Tree Settings" OP tab: Width and Height sliders in the "Branches" section don't change anything, but slider value can be changed.

For the following scenario, I have 2 solutions:

• We can disable the Tree Settings
• or Make them work.

Note: there are workarounds for changing the tree width:

• Click Layout->Circular in Tree View.
• Click "Tree settings". The "Tree Settings" dialog will appear.
• Change Width and click OK.
• Click Layout-> Rectangular.

After that, the tree changed its appearance. Thus, you can change the Width and the "Tree View" parameters, but not the Height, which is consistent with the tree synchronization. We can disable the Height setting, or turn off tree and alignment sync when Height has been changed (these are two options in case we decide to make the settings work).
