Scenario:
- Install UGENE in "C:/Program Files/Unipro UGENE"
- Launch UGENE. "UGENE.ini" is created
- Uninstall UGENE
- Install UGENE in "C:/Program Files/Unipro UGENE 1"
- Launch UGENE
- Open COI.aln
- Click Align->Align with MAFFT from main menu
Expected state: Execution without any errors
Actual state: Error:
'Run MAFFT alignment task' task failed: External tool 'C:\Program Files Unipro UGENE\tools\mafft\mafft.bat' doesn't exist.
Wrong MAAFT from removed "Unipro UGENE" shown in the error message.The correct path to MAAFT can be taken from External Tools.
