QT error in log after cancelling PHY tree creation.

Scenario:

1. Open data/samples/CLUSTALW/HIV-1.aln
2. Build Tree with PHYLIP Maximum Likelihood method
3. In Task section select and cancel building tree
4. Open Log section:
   Unexpected message in the log:
   QProcess: Destroyed while process ("C:Program FilesUnipro UGENE 111\tools\\phyml\PhyML.exe") is still running.

In debug mode this causes application hanging, because it is impossible to pass ~QProcess().
