Open _common_data/bam/hg19_chr5_chr10_chr12_chrX.sorted.bam.
When the file opens, right-click on the file in the Project view->Export document... The "Export Document" dialog appears.
Select the SAM File format, uncheck "Add to project" and Import.
Open the exported file in any notepad.
Change the word on the first line from "coordinate" to "unsorted" (result: "@HD VN:1.4 SO:unsorted")
Swap lines 26 and 27.
Save the file.
Tools->NGS data analysis...->Extract consensus from assemblies...
Set the file from step 7 as input and Run.
Repeat the previous two steps.
