[Crash, Mac] Sanger failed, click Open

      Description

      1. Create an empty txt file.
      2. Tools->Sanger data analysis->Map reads to reference...
        The "Map Sanger Reads to Reference" dialog appears.
      3. Set human_T1.fa as Reference, the empty txt file as Reads.
      4. Click Map.
      5. Wait for the task to finish.
      6. Click "Open".
        The file selection dialog appears.
      7. Wait ~10 sec.
        Current state: crash.
