Similar to 7703. Reproduced in version 45.1 (can't add tag to Affects Version/s).
- Create an empty txt file.
- Tools->Sanger data analysis->Map reads to reference...
The "Map Sanger Reads to Reference" dialog appears. - Set human_T1.fa as Reference, the empty txt file as Reads.
- Click Map.
- Wait for the task to finish.
- Press ⌘+O.
The file selection dialog appears. - Wait ~10 sec.
Expected state: nothing has changed.
Current state: the file selection dialog closed by itself. - Click on any button: on the start page, on the main toolbar, the Close button.
Expected state: button is pressed.
Current state: button cannot be pressed.
