Sequences syncronisation does not work well

Scenario 1:

1. Open two attached sequences in UGENE in the same view
2. Click "Lock scale: visible range start":
   
3. Zoom in/out any sequence
   Expected: other sequence repeats zoom state
4. Click "Lock scale: visible range start" again.
   Expected: other sequence repeats zoom state
   Current: no synchronisation anymore

Scenario 2, 3:

1. The same as Scenario 1, but about "selected sequence" and "selected annotations" lock states

Scenario 4:

1. Open two attached sequences in UGENE in the same view
2. Click "Lock scale: selected sequence"
3. Select something on any sequence by mouse
   Current: selection is extremely freezing, it should not be like this
